1. Who We Are

That Girl HQ is built on one idea: women do better when they have each other. Your Circle is the reason this app exists, and these guidelines are here to keep it a place worth showing up to. If you have any questions, contact us at hello@thatgirlhq.com.

2. What We're Here For

This is a space to log progress, get cheered on, and be honest about the days that didn't go to plan. Nobody's on a diet here. Nobody's tracking to punish themselves. We're here to build the habits and goals that actually stick, and we do that better together than alone.

3. The Basics

Be someone you'd want in your own Circle.

• Cheer people on, especially on the days they show up looking rough. Being tired is really not cute, and everyone in your Circle already knows it.
• Keep it honest. A missed day logged is more useful to your Circle than a perfect streak faked.
• Respect that everyone's starting point is different. What's easy for you might be someone else's biggest win this week.

4. What's Not Okay

• Harassment, bullying, or targeting another member, whether in posts, comments, or anywhere else in the app.
• Hate speech or discrimination of any kind, including based on body size, race, religion, sexuality, gender identity, or disability.
• Sexual content or nudity.
• Content that promotes self harm, disordered eating, or dangerous behaviour, including extreme restriction, over-exercising, or comparison-driven posts.
• Spam, scams, or using the community to sell something that isn't yours to sell.
• Impersonating someone else or misrepresenting who you are.

5. Reporting and Blocking

You can report any post or comment directly, and you can block anyone whose content you don't want to see, no explanation required. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.

Community founders can also remove members from their Circle when needed, but you don't have to wait on a founder to act. Reporting and blocking are yours to use any time.

6. What Happens If Guidelines Are Broken

Depending on what's reported, we may remove the content, warn the member, or remove them from the app entirely. Serious violations, including anything involving harassment, hate speech, or content that puts someone's safety at risk, can result in immediate removal without warning.
