That Girl HQ is operated by Soft HQ Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17305117). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the That Girl HQ app and website. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. If you have any questions, contact us at hello@thatgirlhq.com.
You must be at least 13 years old to use That Girl HQ. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the app.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know straight away at hello@thatgirlhq.com if you think someone else has accessed your account without permission.
You agree to provide accurate information when you sign up and to keep it up to date.
Some features of That Girl HQ require a paid subscription. Subscription options, pricing, and billing frequency are shown in the app before you subscribe.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your payment method will be charged for renewal through your Apple App Store or Google Play account within 24 hours of the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's account settings, in the App Store or Google Play, not through the app directly. If you cancel, you'll keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
All payments are processed by Apple or Google. We do not receive or store your card details. Refunds are handled according to Apple's and Google's own refund policies, not by us directly.
That Girl HQ is a tool to help you track habits, workouts, nutrition and wellness goals. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always speak to a doctor or qualified healthcare professional before starting a new exercise, nutrition, or wellness routine, particularly if you have an existing health condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from injury. Use your own judgment about what's right for your body, and stop any activity that causes pain or discomfort.
Cycle tracking, calorie targets, and other calculated insights in the app are estimates based on the information you provide. They are not a substitute for professional medical guidance.
Anything you post, comment, or share within your Circle, including text, photos, and progress updates, is your content. You keep ownership of it, but by posting it you give us permission to display it to other members of your Circle as part of running the app.
You're responsible for what you post. Do not post anything that is abusive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, promotes self harm or disordered eating, or that you don't have the right to share. Full detail on what's expected in your Circle is in our Community Guidelines.
You can report any post or comment, and block any member, directly within the app. We review reports within 24 hours and may remove content or remove a member from the app for serious or repeated violations.
If you run a Circle as a Community Founder, you're responsible for moderating your Circle in line with our Community Guidelines, in addition to the reporting tools available to every member. Founding partner terms, including any revenue share arrangement, are agreed separately and are not altered by these Terms of Use.

The That Girl HQ app, its design, branding, and all content we create within it, excluding content you post yourself, belongs to Soft HQ Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of it without our written permission.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app, under Settings.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, including the Acceptable Use section or our Community Guidelines. Where possible, we'll let you know why.
The app is provided "as is." While we work to keep it reliable and accurate, we don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or perfectly suited to your individual needs. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
To the extent permitted by law, Soft HQ Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. This does not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, or anything else that cannot be excluded under UK law.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know within the app. Continuing to use the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
