About us

Made by the women who actually needed it

We built the wellness app we wished existed, one where you're never doing it alone.

Our story

It started with a beautiful community

We grew a community of women who showed up for each other at run clubs, workouts and events across the city. And every time we all left one of those meetups, the same thought kept coming up. Where does this community actually live when everyone goes home?

The group chat gets buried in a hundred other messages. The Instagram comments disappear into the feed. The energy from an event that felt so real in person had nowhere to go once everyone was back on their own, alone with their goals and their to-do lists. So we started asking a bigger question. If women do better when they have each other, why does almost every wellness app assume you're doing this by yourself?

That's why we built That Girl HQ. It's the habit tracking, the goal setting, the journaling and the workouts you'd expect, but it's also your Circle, a place to share your wins and get cheered on by people who actually care whether you show up tomorrow. We wanted to take what made our in-person community work and give it somewhere to live every single day, not just on event days.

What we believe

Women do better when they have each other

How we build

Three rules we never break

no. 1

Gentle beats hardcore

Streaks bend, goals flex, and missing a day is human. We design for the long run, not the burnout.

no. 2

Friends, not followers

Your circle is people you actually know. No strangers, no clout, just women who genuinely want you to win.

no. 3

Calm is a feature

Soft colours, kind words and zero red badges screaming at you. Opening the app should feel like a deep breath.

The result

One home for your whole life

Goals, health, plans, money and growth in one place, on your phone and your laptop, with your circle cheering the whole way.

Bring your women with you

We're opening a small number of founding circles for women who already bring women together.
